As an alternative to our providing the training, we can create a training program based on Team Goals, that an owner can use and implement in weekly or monthly training events. Each segment is designed for a 30 minute training event that includes a specific subject with an opening, story related to the subject, how the story and subject relate to your company, a check list to help implement the message and a closing for the training event. Each training guide is laid in 12 training segments with 4 reoccurring themes in the subject matter that help build the lesson on consistency. Lessons are learned from repetition and more importantly on application. Team building when properly implemented pays for itself in profitability for your business.
